Born in Britain in Liverpool in 1978 they are best know for the song "People are Strange" in the movie "Lost Boys." "The Killing Moon" was featured on the 1997 soundtrack from the film "Grosse Pointe Blank." Their first drummer was a drum machine. Lead singer Ian McCulloch and guitarist Will Sergeant are still touring with a new lineup.
