Number Seven?
The original 7 models of Humanoid Cylon are numbered: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8.
So what happened to number 7?
Did I miss something?

Nope.. The "7"s have never been shown. The speculations is that they have been boxed, like the "Deanna" were.

Strong possibility, with Earth its obvious that there were more than 12 different Cylons at one time.
The FIVE must be the only 5 known survivors of Earth to make it to the colonies.
It is possible that Cavil and Leoben are Earth survivors too.
