V-Day What's V-Day?
Valentine's Day has always been February 14th for me with a couple of exceptions.
Once in of the great mysteries of my life I got a valentine while I was at library school, anonymously. Which drove me nuts since it was the first I had received as an adult.
The other time was from a friend on who I had a crush, which she knew about, but had sent me one "as a friend." Which also drove me nuts until I asked her about it and she explained the friend thing.
To me sending anonymous valentines and sending them to friends of the opposite sex is just adding salt to the wound.
I not sure how I am going to spend this year's February 14th but I can guarantee it will not have anything to do with romance.
