Jan. - From Chad Childers' LJ: THE BIG HEART IS SILENCED
Howard DeVore died yesterday, December 31, 2005. "Howard left a big hole in Michigan fandom, he was around for almost everything since the 1940's. He gave our gatherings a sense of History since the next youngest fans did not enter fandom until the 1970's."

Feb. - Jeffrey Allan Beeler's Birthday Party Just a reminder so I can get an idea as to who is planning to come.
"For the record none of you showed up. About par for the course. Its unusual if any out of towners show up let alone LJ's. One year though two Marines in Iraq gave their regrets."

March - Hello I am Jeff's back. I am busy having a spasm that is why you have not heard much from him lately. "The fall out from trying out curling for the first time in a loong time."

April - Ad Astra I do most of my con attending in Michigan these days so attending A2 is always a trip to the Bizarro World. "Ad Astra is March 2nd in 2007 so Of course I am going and hosting a birthday party. The author GOH is a very cool choice: Phyllis Gotlieb the grand dame of Canadian SF."

May - GenreCon Reminder: Its this Saturday!
"Ah yes my annual local genre fiction convention. Hopefully some of you can attend the next one on Saturday May 12, 2007."

June - Happy Birthday Renster!
"Ah yes the last woman I fell in love with. From who I learned how to fall in love with someone I lik; to make sure that they like that way first and lastly how to fall out of love with. The last is very important for long term mental health and takes much longer than the falling in love part."

July - Birthdays: gridlore the CO of Traveller military "Part two of birthday notices trend.
Traveller, the science fiction roleplaying game, is one of the hobbies that helps keep me single."

Aug. - Quote of the day: Via Caitlan Kiernan:
Harlan Ellison "The hard part isn't becoming a writer. It's staying a writer."
"Science Fiction the other wacky (For fortysomethings in Sarnia anyway) hobby that helps keep me single."

Sept. - An interesting mix:( My Interests Collage! )http://jeffreyab.livejournal.com/2006/09/07/
"Its still an interesting picture."

Oct. - I am coming to ConClave:Poll "Always trying to make sure I am not alone. I am not always successful as I was at ConClave at not being lonely."

Nov. - Happy Halloween! I had 53 visitors lasting until just after 8, so no late comers this year.
"Still one of my favourite hobbies, even though what I mainly do is give out candy to children."

Dec. - December 6th, 1989 Geneviève Bergeron (b. 1968), civil engineering student.
"The historian in me, always trying to preserve our memories of the past."

Almost Perfect- INFP

46% Extraversion, 66% Intuition, 46% Thinking, 33% Judging

So, you want to make the world a better place? Too bad it's never gonna happen.

Of all the types, you have to be one of the hardest to find fault in. You have a selfless and caring nature. You're a good listener and someone who wants to avoid conflict. You genuinely desire to do good.

Of course, these all add up to an incredibly overpowered conscience which makes you feel guilty and responsible when anything goes wrong. Of course, it MUST be your fault EVERYTIME.

Though you're constantly on a mission to find the truth, you have no use for hard facts and logic, which is a source of great confusion for those of us with brains. Despite this, in a losing argument, you're not above spouting off inaccurate fact after fact in an effort to protect your precious values.

You're most probably a perfectionist, which in this case, is a bad thing. Any group work is destined to fail because of your incredibly high standards.

Disregard what I said before. You're just easy to find fault in as everyone else!

Luckily, you're generally very hard on yourself, meaning I don't need to waste my precious time insulting you. Instead, just find all your own faults and insult yourself.
