Steampunk is everywhere. A subgenre of science fiction, it typically employs a Victorian setting where steam power and advanced technologies like computers coexist. Here, librarian John Klima picks ten classics and ten recent titles for a well-rounded collection.

How many have people read?

I have read The Time Machine, The Difference Engine, Warlord of the Air and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, and enjoyed all of them.

I would include Jules Verne's work Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea as well.
