Basic Rules for Having Fun at Cons

1. Always bring your bathing suit.

2. Try to find someone fun to go out to eat with.

3. When in doubt hang out in high traffic areas like the lobby, consuite or pool.

4. Make a list of panels that you want to go to and go to one if you have nothing else to do.

5. Bring your intoxicant of choice be it beer, talking Stitches, or other.

6. Do not go to a Con, but instead go to the Olive Garden, where you are far less likely to be assailed by overweight Klingons or people who haven't bathed.

But what if there is a Trek con nearby?

Actually the cons I go to lack Klingons and most of us wash.

You have been going to the wrong cons obviously.
