I've been to that base, and expect it to go well into the six figures. Sites in worse condition have sold for 650k+ Also, there is far more to it than just restoring it, the site is full of asbestos and toxins left by the cold war era rocket fuel. Out of the 18 Titan 1 sites ever built, no one to day has been able to successfully renovate a facility. This site, plus the site just outside of Elizebeth, Colorado, and the test site at Vandenburg, AFB, are the most intact sites. The rest are pretty rough.

And money says the rocket and attenna silos are flooded. Washington is like that.

Would be cool though.

I believe you have to supply your own Titan II, and the silo may need to be pumped out too.
