Flickr is great because you not only upload photos but you have kind of your own photo page as well, where you can add tags, put photos in sets, give your photos a title and/or description. And you can add contacts whose photos you like. This is my page (http://www.flickr.com/photos/newnavut). I didn't sign up for Flickr until last week because I didn't think I'd like it but it's honestly really great.
