Just a quick reminder that ConClave's room block will be opening this
Friday, September 1!! So now is a good time to call and make your room
reservation if you haven't done so.

through quad.

I'm a bit confused. Is the room block opening or closing? When the website said the room block was opening on September 1, I thought that meant you could start getting rooms in the room block on that day, not that it was over on that day. Do you have the inside scoop?

IT means reserve today.

Opening means the room block being held for the con will be released to the general public on that day as everyone coming to the con should have booked by today.

Ah OK. Thanks for the clarification. The wording on the Conclave website is weird.
