Van Dyke Park Suites Update

jeffreyabS and I cruised by yesterday and the sign says "Renovation Sale" and they are selling off all the old fixtures from the rooms.
There was quite a bit of activity with about a dozen cars parked near the entrances and the front doors propped open.
So maybe it will reopen under new management yet!
