I was not listening to alot of music in 1978. Most of the songs I like I heard later while I was at university. In 1977 I spent the summer up north as a Junior Forest Ranger and I listened to alot of different music there, like Krafftwerk and Foreigner and in 1979 I started University in Toronto where I was influenced by the pub's DJ's, live acts and the New Music show on CITY TV.

We were the 1970's version, but we had our own versions of Indian Joe, Chief Forest Ranger George Keeley, Mr. McLeod and R.C.M.P. Sgt. Brian Scott whom we met during a Saturday evening excursion to New Liskeard.
