Mapping Time

jeffreyabI recently switched back to an analog watch after my friend's cat turned my digital into a cat toy and hid it.
I realized I prefer the analog because unlike a digital which shows me where I am in time an analog shows me that but also where I have and where I am going. I can look at my watch and see how much of hour I have left without having to do a calculation. I prefer analog in general because it shows the rate of change as well as position.
