Upon being accosted by Saudi morality police the two young women harangued them verbally and then one pepper sprayed them while the other filmed it with her cell phone camera.

All parties were taken to a regular police station where the young women apologized and were released.

I sincerely hope that that is it for the two young women. The morality police have a bad reputation among Western ex-patriots living in Saud Arabia.

I remember this. I was so disgusted because we send our troops over there to protect them and this is what we are protecting. I'm not sure if there are still American troops in Saudi, but there were at the time.
