Myself I have no problem with a student/20something rate at cons. That generation is usually living on their own and you are fighting for a share of their limited entertainment budget.
Detroit cons are pretty extroverted so I don't have much experience with dealing with intro version. What do other people do to get younger people involved in their favourite activities not necessarily science fiction?
