Firstly watch Wonderfalls Friday at 9PM on Fox, yes its that time slot and yes its in the spirit of the X-Files, Strange Luck, Millennium and the Lone Gunmen.

The acting is good and so are the scripts, the characters are interesting including the successful lesbian lawyer. The only weird thing is that its filmed in Niagara Falls, Canada but they pretend its Niagara Falls, New York which you can see in the background. You can sometimes see the old Contradiction Hotel where they also had the 1997 World Horror Convention.

Spent the day trying to relax and did three loads of laundry and watched K-Pax on DVD and quite enjoyed it. However my back decided to act up. I am steeling myself to try the Old People and Losers Singles Dance tomorrow night. I have not been since I hit my 40's so maybe they play New Wave now.

Watched the third episode of Mad Mad House on Space. I am really getting into it. Its like hanging out in the consuite at an SF convention with a vegetarian, wiccan, vampire, and a modern primitive and only the type I have never met in one was the voodoo priestess unless you count Nalo Hopkinson.

Yeah, you can tell it's on the Canadian side because of where the Falls are. :)

Plus, it's obviously set in the Hershey store.

(Not that I grew up near there...)

Watched the repeat of Wonderfalls, really enjoyed, didn't notice if they said they were in Ontario or New York.

They SAID they were in NY, but it's very obviously filmed in Ontario.
