Is it evil to spend a day in the house doing nothing much?

By nothing much I mean playing computer games, watching TV, listening to the CBC, talking to people on chat and folding laundry.

I mean I woke up this morning with muscle pain, like I do most mornings, but a bit of exercise seems to clear that. However then I seem to lack the ambition to do anything else.

I think I need that vacation at the end of the month.

Do any of you out there take down time and feel guilty? or do you do it and not feel guilty or are you always active?

The occasional day of puttering around doing nothing of consequence is restful. I don't feel guilty for having the occasional day like that, but I do feel guilty if I have a long to-do list that I'm ignoring to do nothing. If I have more than the occasional day, I start feeling like I'm wasting my life.
