about a teenage-girl named Charlie who is blessed with a helpful fairy
with a rather unusual talent: the ability to find a parking spot.
Loaded with humor this light-hearted novel should appeal to teens and
young adults who occasionally feel that everyone else has it made.

Her surname has been pronounced in several different ways, but the FAQ
on her website says that Lar-bal-est-ee-air is correct:

also be pronounced Lar-bal-est-ee-ay or Lar-bal-est-ee-er. Those are
all fine by me. Friends at school used to pronounce it: Lavaworm. I
have to really like you to let you get away with t hat one, but.
