I had know him off and on since 1990 but I had no idea of his battles with depression he hid it well.
I will miss logging on to yahoo and always seeing him there.
Oddly I found found him quirkily upbeat most of the time.
Every person's death diminishes me.

A friend of mine who has alot of experience with depression says that often there is a dual agenda and that often the suicide happens when the person is on an upswing and has the energy to do it.
They say not to blame yourself for not taking more action.
They are planning for the future and the suicide at the same time.
Depression is a disease that can be treated but sometimes its still fatal.
